Fee Schedule current as at the 1st of July 2024. The following fees apply to your terms and conditions with us, unless otherwise stated:
Futiled Service
In the event that we are unable to service you, through no fault of Nitschke Liquid Waste, a futile charge will be applied.
| Liquid Truck | $130.00 plus GST |
| Crane Truck Service | $130.00 plus GST |
On Call Service
If you require a service outside of your usual schedule, a surcharge will apply.
| Liquid | $42.00 plus GST. |
Weekend and Public Holiday Services
If you require a service on a weekend or public holiday, a surcharge will apply. In some cases, a minimum per hour charge may apply also.
| Surcharge | $400.00 plus GST |
| Per Hour Charge | $250.00 plus GST, minimum 4 hours |
Late Payment Fee
When an invoice is paid after the due day a late payment fee of $35.00 plus GST may be applied.
Break Fee and Service Cancellation Fees
In the event you cancel your service with us and a Service Agreement is in place, unless otherwise stated, the following will apply:
| Early Termination Penalty | 50% of the value of services for the remaining term as outlined in the Terms and Conditions of the Service Agreement |
Fuel Surcharge
Fuel prices within the transport industry are subject to fluctuation. Where the average diesel price exceeds our threshold levy, a Fuel Surcharge may be applied.
The Fuel Surcharge is calculated monthly based on the National Average Diesel Terminal Gate Price (TGP) for the preceding month and is reviewed on a monthly basis. Invoices issued in May will include a Fuel Surcharge calculated using the average diesel price in Adelaide for that month. The surcharge will be applied as a fixed rate per service.
